Meet Our Loveland Dental Team
Jackie - Insurance Specialist
I have been in the dental field for over 30 years and was the office manager for West Lake Dental before moving into my current role as Insurance Specialist. I spend my time making sure insurance billing and claims processing runs as smoothly as possible and troubleshooting issues that come up. I enjoy getting to know each of our patients on a first-name basis and assisting them with any of their treatment or insurance questions.
Outside of the office, I love being with my husband of over 30 years. We both enjoy spending time outdoors either walking, riding bikes, gardening, riding trails in our Razor, or just soaking up the sunshine!
Sherri - Office Manager
I’ve been in the dental field since 2008. I began as a dental assistant working in a pediatric dental practice and then transitioned into more administrative roles, which allowed me to combine my clinical knowledge with business know-how to help create a great experience for patients. Now as Office Manager, my focus is on supporting the dental team while keeping things flowing smoothly for our patients!
I am originally from Nebraska (Go Huskers!) but fell in love with and have lived in Northern Colorado for 30 years. I enjoy all of Colorado’s weather, listening to good music, and watching football. I am a proud mother of two amazing young men, a bonus daughter, and four awesome bonus-kids. And now I enjoy my role as GiGi to my first grandchild!!
Annie - Dental Receptionist
I have worked in the dental field since 2009 and started with West Lake Dental as a front office administrator in 2020. I love getting to know our patients and connecting with them when they visit our office. I was drawn to the field of dentistry because I really like helping people!
In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband and our dog, Olivia. I also love to travel, work in my garden in the spring and summer, and ride my electric bike with my husband!
Stephanie - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a dental hygienist and have worked in the dental field for 30 years. I am educated in all aspects of dentistry. I love my work, but even more importantly, I love our patients and the relationships that I established with them over the years. I enjoy helping those who are anxious by providing a calm, caring environment. I find that educating patients in preventive dental care is very rewarding.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities and chasing my 3 boys around to and from all their sporting events. Spending time with my husband, 3 boys, and step-daughter is what I enjoy most.
Michelle - Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at The University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in 2000. I was a dental assistant before I went to hygiene school, and I feel that helps me to understand all aspects of dentistry. I love making a connection with my patients and helping them feel more comfortable about their treatment. I enjoy educating patients about how to maintain good oral health.
Outside of work, my husband, Brian, and I enjoy spending time with our two daughters. We love to ski, hike, paddleboard, and go on coffee runs.
Jake – Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been a dental hygienist in Northern Colorado since 2009. During this time, I have had the good fortune to work with and learn from my wonderful colleagues in both general practice and periodontal dental offices. I feel that the best part of being a dental hygienist is helping to motivate patients to achieve their optimal oral health. I moved to Northern Colorado in 2009 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BSDH) degree from Oregon Institute of Technology in my hometown of Klamath Falls, OR.
In my free time, I enjoy amateur competitive cycling as well as skiing and fly fishing. I love doing these activities with my wife, who is busy as a full-time returning college student working toward her degree in accounting at CSU.
Sarah - Registered Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2009. I love working alongside Dr. Andy to help create the perfect patient experience. I have been digitally designing crowns since 2014, and I love to assist in our same-day crowns; I take pride in every crown I design! Outside of work, I like to spend time outside with my husband and two kids and visit with our extended family.
Will - Dental Assistant
I joined West Lake Dental in 2024 and my goal is to attend dental school in the next few years! I have been interested in dentistry since middle school. I graduated from the University of Maine in May 2024, and I am so excited to be working in the field as an assistant to further my career!
In my free time, I love to ski, fish, watch movies, and play sports. I also enjoy traveling with my girlfriend. One of my main goals is to climb every 14er in Colorado.
Taylor – Dental Assistant
I am a proud Colorado native who joined the dental field in 2020. I began as a social media coordinator at a dental practice and discovered my passion for patient care, so I transitioned to dental assisting. My goal in the future is to become either a dental hygienist or a dentist (to be determined!)
I also enjoy being outdoors, wake surfing at the lake, and spending quality time with my family. I have two black cats adopted in 2024 who are brother and sister from the same litter!
Lauren - Director of Operations
I am a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. After operating my own private therapy practice for 6 years in Fort Collins, I decided to take a break from clinical work in early 2020 – and then the pandemic happened. Instead of launching back into my own practice once the world normalized, it became clear that there was a need for my skills elsewhere. I now occupy the role of Director of Operations and provide behind-the-scenes support for West Lake Dental.
Although psychology and dentistry seem quite different, I’ve found that my background in running my own business, navigating insurance, and providing healthcare services for my own patients has translated nicely to my work at West Lake Dental. And having someone trained in managing anxiety, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships is never a bad thing at a dentist’s office!
In my free time, I like to be outside with Dr. Andy and our kids, watching movies, and reading.
